anuary 26, 2026 — Mr. Samsonov, Director of the Ukrainian National Pavilion, led a delegation to Tuoba City in Datong for in-depth and friendly discussions with the company’s President and project director of business development of Tuoba City. The delegation included experts in Ukrainian and Russian history, who highly praised Tuoba City’s innovative integration of Datong’s historical and cultural heritage with the Belt and Road Initiative, describing it as a groundbreaking model in China’s cultural tourism industry.

During the visit, both sides confirmed that the Ukrainian National Pavilion will participate in Tuoba City’s Spring Festival sales event, “World Goods, One Datong: Showcase Your Best in the Golden Week Bazaar.” Four Ukrainian artists will present live cultural performances, alongside showcases of premium Ukrainian wines and handcrafted chocolates, offering visitors an authentic European cultural experience.

Meanwhile, the two parties discussed the implementation plan for establishing the Ukrainian National Product Pavilion at Tuoba City and finalized its designated location within the project. The pavilion’s arrival will add a new highlight to Tuoba City’s European-themed zone.
