If you are from countries such as Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, Nigeria, Yemen, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, etc., and require a TE Invitation Letter issued by the Foreign Affairs Office, we will assist you in preparing the necessary documents and submitting them to the Datong Foreign Affairs Office for approval and issuance. The standard invitation letter is suitable for general business visits and short-term work by foreign nationals, with a relatively simplified application process. It is the most commonly used type of invitation letter and is appropriate for activities such as business negotiations, conference participation, exhibition attendance, and technical exchanges in China.

Package the above documents and send them to visa@tuobacity.com。

After reviewing your materials, we will issue an invitation letter. You can submit materials to China Visa Online or offline.

If you apply for a Long-term Work Visa (Z Visa), after arriving in Datong City, Shanxi Province, you need to go to Datong Exit-Entry Reception Hall to replace it with a residence permit.

Upon signing the entry contract and paying the store deposit, we will assist you with the company registration and filing procedures.

After receiving your information and documents, we will review them for accuracy. Upon approval, we will log onto theShanxi Government Affairs Service Platform and complete the enterprise registration and filing for you following the system instructions.

During registration and filing, we will contact you if any clarification is needed.

Once the enterprise registration and filing has been approved:① You may come to the site in person to sign and confirm;② Or you may mail your passport to Tuoba City and entrust our staff to handle the procedures on your behalf.You are required to provide: two photos (of the signing process and the document signed) and one video (of the signing process).Please send the signing video and photos to our email: company@tuobacity.com

Obtain the Application Form for Foreign Candidates and fill in the relevant information carefully.

Prepare your ID proof, academic certification, resume, employment history certificate, certificate of no criminal record, and other relevant documents (in Chinese and English or with certified translations). Please send all documents in a single package to hr@tuobacity.com ，with the email subject: Foreign Application + Full Name

We will contact you within 15 working days to arrange the follow-up procedures.

Upon confirmation of your employment, the following visa and work permit procedures will apply:
① If you already hold a valid Z visa:Once you enter the country, we will apply for your Work Permit. After your arrival in Datong, we will assist you in converting your visa into a Residence Permit.
② If you need to apply for a Z visa:
We will first apply for a Notification Letter of Foreigner’s Work Permit on your behalf. Once you receive this notification, you may proceed with your Z visa application ( Visa Application Link). Upon entering China with your Z visa, we will apply for your official Work Permit. After your arrival in Datong, we will assist you with the transition to a Residence Permit.
