During major holidays and peak tourism seasons, the Office of the Cultural Tourism Industry High-Quality Development Leading Group fully leverages its coordination role, focusing on pain points and bottlenecks in scenic spot services, traffic management, hotel pricing, and other tourism-related areas. It efficiently collaborates with departments including Cyberspace Affairs, Traffic Management, Transportation, City Management, Market Regulation, and the 12345 Hotline for joint assessment and coordinated deployment. A normalized service support mechanism has been established, covering pre-holiday planning, in-holiday coordination, and post-holiday review, creating a comprehensive supervision system that extends horizontally to all sectors and vertically to all levels.


During the 2025 peak tourism season, the municipal public security traffic management department scientifically set up tidal lanes for remote traffic diversion. The transportation department coordinated capacity across multiple platforms to ensure smooth travel for passengers arriving at night. The city management department strengthened cleaning efforts to maintain a tidy environment. The market regulation department implemented a series of measures including five 100% hotel price control initiatives. These efforts established a favorable mechanism featuring friendly service with smiles as the starting point, source control with timely response, and "1+24-hour" rapid handling and resolution, elevating the approach from single-point breakthroughs to comprehensive quality improvement and advancing standardized, regulated service development across the city's cultural tourism industry, keeping the popularity of Datong's cultural tourism consistently high.
