Your preparations are divided into two parts: before entering China and after entering China.
Before Entering China (Matters to be completed in the country where your passport is issued)
(1) First, you need to have a basic concept of the company you want to establish and prepare the corresponding materials. For this purpose, we have provided a list of materials for your reference:

---- Registered capital and total investment (including third-party bills, such as bank loans, etc.)
---- Proof of registered address (Datong City): lease contract of the business premises or utility bills (water and electricity)
---- List of shareholders, distribution of shareholding ratio, and basic information of identity documents
---- Business scope and relevant permits (*if required)
---- Organizational structure: provide details of the company structure (e.g., board of directors, general manager, legal representative, supervisor).
---- Company articles of association: this is an internal document that outlines the company's business scope, management rules, and profit distribution

(2) Notarization of materials (legal certificate)
- Notarization of company documents at an institution recognized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Notarization by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your home country

(3) Visa application

After entering China: (Completing the enterprise registration in Datong City, Shanxi Province).
(1) Within 15 days, go to the Datong Exit-Entry Reception Hall (Intersection of Heng'an Street and Wenxing Road, east of Yingbin Bridge, Shuibosi Township, Pingcheng District) to apply for a residence permit.
(2) Matters to be handled for the company's registration in Datong City::

-- Bring the required materials specified on the website to the foreign investment window of the Government Service Hall for administrative approval (Address: Comprehensive Window on the 2nd Floor of Hall 2, Datong Government Service Hall, No. 853 Yonghe Road, Pingcheng District).
----- After completing the registration of the foreign-invested enterprise, you can obtain the business license, company seal, financial seal, legal representative's seal, etc
Post-operation Support for the Enterprise
(1) Corporate bank account - (China Merchants Bank Datong Branch is recommended).
(2) Tax account and tax registration number -(Datong Taxation Bureau), No. 759 Yingbin Street, Pingcheng District.
(3) Social insurance account (Datong Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security), No. 109 Tianxiang Street, Pingcheng District/
(4) Housing provident fund account (Service Hall of Datong Housing Provident Fund Management Center), Building C, Kaide Shijia Guojin Center, East Yingbin Street, Pingcheng District.
(5) Monthly tax and accounting reports, value-added tax invoices, salary and social security contributions, annual tax returns, and trademark registration.
